What is the standard delivery timeframe for a new bed?
Most of our handcrafted beds and mattresses are delivered within 7 to 14 working days. Once your order is ready, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery slot.
Do your beds come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Everest Beds products come with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship to ensure you have complete peace of mind.
Can I customize the fabric and color of my bed frame?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of premium fabrics, including crushed velvet, linen, and plush velvet, available in various colors. You can select these options directly on the product page.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened unless they are faulty.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
Yes, we offer an optional professional assembly service for an additional fee. You can select this 'Room of Choice & Assembly' upgrade during the checkout process.
